Faith
Life, if you allow it, sometimes causes you to lose your child-like faith & wonder but what I’ve learned along the way is…it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him. HEB. 11.6

Living…really living, is a choice. The choosing happens daily in both the minor & major decisions we make and I’ve decided some time ago to live rather than exist, so you might see me dancing, twirling, praising, singing, dressed in boho one day or in something glitzy the next. JHN. 10.10

Wellness is holistic and there’s alot to be said about “the good ole days” in terms of it. While I genuinely use and appreciate much of our “modern” technologies, some things will never compare in efficacy to nature. We need both but too often the latter is shoved down our throats.
